Ayam Gulung Kangkung Bahan:2 ptg dada ayam1 sdt air jeruk nipis1 sdt garam50 gr daun kangkung, seduhBahan saus:1 bh bawang bombai, cincang2 siung bawang putih, cincang1 cm jahe, cincang3 sdm saus tiram1 sdm kecap manis1 sdm kecap asin1 sdt minyak wijen3 sdm minyak untuk menumis300 ml kaldu1 sdm ebi, seduh, cincang kasar1 btg bawang daun, iris menyerong¼ sdt lada bubuk¼ sdt garam1 sdt gula pasirCara membuat:1. Iris daging dada ayam tipis melebar, lumuri garam dan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan 15 menit.2. Bentangkan lalu lapisi dengan daun kangkung, gulung sambil dipadatkan. Semat dengan tusuk gigi atau diikat dengan benang bola.3. Panaskan minyak goreng dan minyak wijen, tumis bahan saus (kecuali kaldu dan bawang daun).4. Masukkan ayam gulung, aduk hingga berubah warna, tambahkan kaldu lalu kecilkan api. Masak sampai matang.5. Menjelang diangkat, taburkan daun bawang. Hidangan siap disantap.Untuk 6 orang
