5. 2012 Annual Meeting 2011 OVERVIEW • Evaluated new Texas legislation impacting all HOAs (including mandated policy resolutions) • Held a neighborhood meeting to address fire danger concerns from the Memorial Park area • Addressed security issues • Formed an ad hoc committee to review & update security manual used by Courtesy Patrol; chaired by Ed Roland January 10, 2012

6. 2012 Annual Meeting 2011 OVERVIEW Improvements • Installed camera and subdued lighting on outside wall facing Crestwood Drive • Increased light wattage on lamp posts to provide better security & video images • Painted inside of gatehouse • Purchased new wheels for security vehicle • Painted back gate & added new signage • Operated within 2011 budget January 10, 2012

Dispersed in December based on tenure at Arlington Court Assessment Collections • 100% collected for 2011 • 98% of homes contributed to Holiday Bonus January 10, 2012

12. 2012 Annual Meeting Financial Summary2011 • Reviewed major service contracts for cost savings in lieu of an assessment increase • Approximately 80% of costs in four contracts: - Courtesy service (security) - Landscape maintenance - AMI management - Trash removal & recycling • HOA operated within 2011 budget • For 2012, no increase in HOA assessment; same as 2011 January 10, 2012
