Some E-Governance initiatives 6 2 5 3 4 e-Human Resource Management System (e-HRMS) Online Grievance Redress Tracking System (OGRTS) Online Legal Case Management System (OLCMS) Municipal e-Governance (Double Entry Accrual based Accounting System) Online Recruitment Processing System (ORPS) Human Resource Management System (e-HRMS) is the IT enablement of HRM and payroll functions. This application has all services that enable to track innumerable data of employees from personal profile, employment history, and employee benefits to payroll records. Electronic generation of service records as well as pay bills is enabled. Employees can access self-information required like Pay slips for the selected period, leave particulars, etc Online Grievance Redress Tracking System (OGRTS) is a web based application, intended for redressal of citizen grievances. Citizen can register a complaint online and the concerned officer of the specified department can view the issue and resolve it on priority. Provision is also made to update compliant status after redress by concerned officer and the status can be viewed by the citizen. Municipal e-Governance” is a web based application with ‘Double Entry Accrual Accounting system” as core module. The package is comprehensive and consists of e-modules on Double Entry Accrual Accounting system, Fixed assets and Budget monitoring which are integrated with each other enabling a seamless data flow. . It is a web based application for tracking and monitoring the court cases. It creates Knowledge Bank (database) of legal cases of the departments and helps in effective monitoring and periodical review of the cases pending in Courts. A dashboard report will be displayed immediately after login by the Government officer. Online Recruitment Processing System (ORPS), is a first of-its-kind, software system for Government recruitment in India, that has transformed the processing of applications by Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC), the nodal agency of the Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) for public service recruitments. 1 Electronic – Payment & Application System of Scholarships (ePASS) Online Post Matric Scholarships disbursements through ePass application is one of the important welfare measures of the Government of AP which is aimed at the educational upliftment of students Below poverty line (BPL), initiated by the Department of Social Welfare.
