  3. How to create a pivot table • Demo • Gender of confirmed measles cases by aimag/sourn • Understanding the data: • iCaseID: Unique internally generated ID • sGender: Gender (M=Male; F=Female) • sLevel1: Aimag • sLevel2: Sourn • sConfirmedM: Confirmed measles case? (Y=Yes; N=No)

How to create a pivot table • Exercise • Check lab results of confirmed measles/rubella cases • Understanding the data: • iCaseID: Unique internally generated ID • iMIgM1: Measles IgM result (1=Positive;2=Negative; 3=Equivocal; 4=Pending; 8=Not done; 9=Unknown) • iRIgM1: Rubella IgM result • sConfirmedM: Confirmed measles case?
