  3. 2. Service is personal When you call or email you speak to me directly. You do not have to explain your circumstances again to yet another person on the phone or a bank staff member. When you want further home loan advice in years to come I will remember you and offer you the same personal service as when we first met.  Wherever you go for home loan advice you expect, want and deserve to be valued and have quality customer service. This is what I offer.

  5. 4. Service is effective Apart from having real choice of loan products and interest rates I can also qualify you against the criteria of a number of lenders saving you time and money.  All lenders have different criteria when assessing your suitability for them to offer you a loan.
