Satoshi Kajiyama - Qualified and Experienced Athletic Trainer

Satoshi Kajiyama is a well-known professional athletic trainer who has worked as the head athletic trainer for the Heartland Community College softball, baseball, and men’s and women’s soccer teams. He also worked with the Normal CornBelters professional baseball team. During his time with the Normal CornBelters, Kajiyama worked with treatment and rehabilitation of athletes and earned the 2012 Frontier League Trainer of the Year Award.

Satoshi KajiyamaQualified and Experienced Athletic Trainer Satoshi Kajiyama is a highly qualified and experienced athletic trainer who has worked with the Normal CornBelters, and the Heartland Community College as the head athletic trainer. Kajiyama is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) by the NATA (National Athletic Trainers Association). He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In September 2012, Kajiyama received the Frontier League Athletic Trainer of the Year award.

Kajiyama is certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association and previously worked for several years at the Orthopedic & Sports Enhancement Centre in Bloomington, Illinois. At the Orthopedic & Sports Enhancement Centre, Kajiyama served as the head athletic trainer for both the Normal CornBelters professional baseball team and the Heartland Community College baseball, softball, women’s and men’s soccer teams.

  4. Dedicated and Committed Athletic Trainer Satoshi Kajiyama hails from Izunokuni, Japan and came to the United States alone to pursue his higher education. Through hard work and determination, he received his bachelor’s degree in physical education and his master’s degree in Kinesiology and Recreation. He came to the United States with a purpose to study and find his dream job, and he has fulfilled that purpose. He is an experienced athletic trainer who enjoys working and is ready to learn something new.
