Whatremainstobedone • Physical stretch of Mieterstrom - boundaries for a broad outreach of local energy consumption • Equal treatment of consumers and big companies in respect of excemption rules ( charges for individual consumers, no charges for energy intensive companies- competition argument) • Harmonisation of rental law, tax law and energy law for facilitating local renewable electricity (Mieterstrom). 8
