  2. Census Stages The MAJOR Stage of the census was the Enumeration stage (Counting the population in the Kingdom) Quick transferring of data from a stage to another To reach the Enumeration Stage we implemented 2 stages before Data Life Cycle

Listing System (Work Flow) Listing from the Office (GIS) and Listing in the Field The OUTPUT of Demarcation stage was the BLOCKS (Enumeration Areas) All of These Enumeration Areas considered as INPUT for the Listing Stage • All the Buildings in the Kingdom were visited. • Buttons of the Software: Adding, Deleting, Synchronization. *: Between Field Work and Office

Enumeration Stage Training • A comprehensive training plan was prepared, which targeted two types of trainees: • Training of trainers: training a number of expertise staff to become trainers • Focus group • Small training hall • Daily brain-storm meeting • Exams • Selection • Training of enumerators: training the staff who will carry out field operations. • - One week training on the classifications and definitions used in the Questionnaire. • One week training on how to fill the electronic questionnaire on the tablets. Extended for one month

Performance indicators • Number of blocks: Comparing the number between office work and field work. • Number of buildings: Comparing the number between office work and field work. • Achievement and coverage percent for buildings and dwellings and households in the counting stage based on BI. • Pre-design Dashboard: Population size, Sex ratio, Average household size, population Pyramid. • BI: Dynamic Reports designed by the statisticians: Crosstab and Relations between the Questionnaire Fields by the geographic divisions
