  2. Inspiration Event planning was never something I imagined myself doing for my career. Growing up I was always waiting for that “I want to do this for the rest of my life” moment. Even as I was working towards my business degree at the University of La Verne, I still had no idea what I was going to use it towards. I knew I wanted to be able to be creative, and I definitely knew I couldn’t sit behind a desk from 9-5, five days a week, on repeat. I figured I would not know what I wanted to do until I tried a few things out, and I signed up for an event coordinating course. The rest is history, and it only makes sense that this is the job for me. I love helping people, I love weddings, I love color schemes, decorations, and making things as beautiful as they can be. Helping a couple plan one of the best days of their lives, a day they will never forget, is the best job I could have. With Fun Love Events, I will help you create a celebration of a lifetime!

  3. Client Consultation Details • Potential clients will meet me at a local coffee shop or Starbucks. I want the meeting to feel very casual, with no pressure. With the meeting, I hope to help the clients get a better idea of what they want for their event, and to show them how having a planner along the way will lower their stress and let them completely enjoy their special day. During the meeting, I will offer them my best advice and a contact list of vendors and locations I think will be the best fit for their wedding.

Packages • Bronze Package- With the wedding already planned, I will coordinate on the day of the wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly for the happy couple. • Silver Package- With most of the wedding planned, and all vendors hired, I will help the couple plan the finishing touches of their wedding day starting a month before the wedding is set to happen. This also includes coordinating on the day of the wedding. • Gold Package- From the moment the couple decides to start planning their wedding, to the second their wedding day has come to an end, I will help the bride find locations, vendors, and everything else needed to make their day extra special.

Bronze PackageDay-Of $750 • Client Consultation two weeks before the wedding, to go over the couple’s expectations, and one meeting a week before wedding to go over all details • Phone and email availability • Contact with vendors, and review schedule and contract details • Direct rehearsal dinner • Wedding day on-site from beginning to end • Provide timeline and checklist for wedding day • Wedding emergency kit on site • Oversee the ceremony and reception sites to make sure everything is in order • Attend and coordinate ceremony and reception • Ensure vendors show up on time, and schedule runs smoothly • Handle all emergencies and problems on the day of the wedding

Silver PackageMonth Before - $1,000 • Client Consultation a month before the wedding, to go over the couple’s expectations and visions • Phone and email availability • Two planning meetings to make sure all details are documented • Contact with vendors, and review schedule and contract details • Final walk-through of locations • Direct rehearsal dinner • Wedding Day on-site from beginning to end • Receive all deliveries, and greet vendors on day-of • Provide timeline and checklist for wedding day • Wedding emergency kit on site • Help with set-up of ceremony and reception site • Attend and coordinate ceremony and reception • Ensure vendors show up on time, and schedule runs smoothly • Handle all emergencies and problems on the day of the wedding • Help with end of wedding duties: make sure guests leave on time, gifts are in rightful care, linens and all décor go into the right hands

Gold PackageFrom the Start - $1,750 • Initial Client Consultation • Phone and email availability • Many meetings in the months before wedding date • Full Ceremony and Reception planning • Help prepare budget • Assist with tour, selection, and booking of locations and vendors • Contact with vendors, and review schedule and contract details • Final walk-through of locations • Direct rehearsal dinner • Help with wedding etiquette • Wedding Day on-site from beginning to end • Receive all deliveries, and greet vendors on day-of • Provide timeline and checklist for wedding day • Wedding emergency kit on site • Direct and set-up of ceremony and reception site • Attend and coordinate ceremony and reception • Ensure vendors show up on time, and schedule runs smoothly • Handle all emergencies and problems on the day of the wedding • Help with end of wedding duties: make sure guests leave on time, gifts are in rightful care, linens and all décor go into the right hands

  16. Wedding Planner Questions • Why should I hire a wedding planner? Wedding planners are here to help make your day as special as possible. Planning your own wedding can be stressful, and cause you not to enjoy the experience as much. Planners help with budgets, contacting vendors and can sometimes get you discounts and help you stay within your budget. They are also there on your wedding day to solve all things that might go wrong. • What made you want to be a wedding planner? I have always loved the idea of marriage. The fact that people celebrate deciding to spend the rest of their lives with one another is so special, and being a wedding planner allows me to help and make it even more special for a happy couple. • Can I afford a wedding planner? The main goal of a wedding planner is to help make your wedding experience as least stressful as possible, AND to help you stay within your budget. If you hire a wedding planner, they will fit the cost of their work into the budget and help you save everywhere else. • If my venue has a planner on site, why would I need to hire a planner? A venue’s wedding planner works for that venue first, and then you. Their prime concern is for the venue. When you hire your own wedding planner, they work for you and are only concerned with what you get out of your wedding day. They are there to help you every step of the way, no questions asked.
