Executive Summary Knowing that the rapid urbanization is the main factor causing extinction of plant species, Brunei’s government has initiated this project to study and conserve their indigenous fruits species. Adoption of conservation and germplasm management technologies are the main goals to be achieved in this project. Major activities planned in this project includes exploration, systematic identification, documentation and conservation of indigenous fruits. Development of indigenous fruits with potentiality for commercialisation are also one of the major goal.
