Garcinia Delux - Hi Mike, I'm new to using GTE & Garcinia Delux. For GTE, you instructed 400-900 mg catechins. The GTE I bought says four hundred mg GTE, min. of 40% catechins. Do I simply take two pills? The bottle says one capsule with every meal that would equal 3/day. Therefore so much I am taking 2 caps after every workout. I have tried the Garcinia Delux solely on my workout days & thus far, therefore sensible. I think it helps that my baseline BP is sometimes low lol.
