Virtual Phone Number

A virtual number or otherwise called Direct Inward Dialing (DID) or access, is a phone number without phone line. Typically these numbers are modified in a way to forward incoming calls to one of the pre-set phone numbers, chosen by the customer: fixed, mobile or VoIP. A virtual number can work like a pathway between customary calls (PSTN) and VoIP.
