Our research at CollectOffers.com explores the development of the online ecosystem in Singapore, looking at Retailers media, their ability to transact online, mobile readiness and engagement with social media. Of the Top 100 stores in Singapore, Fashion dominates as a category, accounting for 35% of stores, followed by Travel 8%, Beauty 7% and Lifestyle also at 7%. Food and Groceries continue to grow as a category, with new brands launching such as Redmart.com and Foodpanda. However, whilst all the Top 100 Singapore have a mobile responsive website, only 23% have a dedicated mobile app. The majority of online retailers allow consumers to transact online, and 73% are integrated with social media.
