January 29, 2014 Go-On-Green (GOG) Fund • A new financial instrument to support companies that meet the following criteria: • Developed a technology or have a license to a “Clean Technology” • Finished R&D • Need to scale-up / project financing • Nationality is not an issue • Auditors included in an approved list

  8. January 29, 2014 GOG Fund – cont. • Not matching funding , a long-term loan • funding period and pay-back period • No guarantees • Loan returned subject to the project success • Pay-back schedule will be built on a case by case basis

January 29, 2014 GOG Fund – cont. • Israeli Government should invite other Governments • 1st fund - at least USD 250 million • Managed by General Partners • Investment committee - multinational, professionals and business persons • 3 types of loans - big, small or big projects (to be defined) • A maximum amount determined per each scale • List of criteria and a score (weight) per each one • Final amount decided according to the score • Corporate Governance and Code of Conduct charters
