  2. Summary • CARIBBEAN CUSINE IS AN ECUSION OF AFRICAN, AMERINDIAN, EUROPEAN, EASTINDIANS AND CHINISSE CUSINE. THESE TRADITIONS WERE BROUGHT FROM THE MANY HOMELAND OF THESE REGIONS POPULATION. THESE DISHES USUALLY CONCIST OF RICE, BEANS, SPACES, PLATAIN, CASSABA, CILANTRO, BELLPEPPER,CHACHQEAS, TOMATOS, SWEET POTERIOS AND COCONUT, AND ANY VARIOS LEFTS THAT ARE LOCALLY ABELABLE. BEEF, POULTERY, PORK AND FISH. Which we tend to find a lot of those combinations in some of our dishes in the US.

  3. WHAT TYPE OF FOLKLORE? MATERIAL FOLKLORE -Food -ovens CUSTM FOLKLORE -smoking (meats and fish to preserve them) -curry (native plant on the island-popular spice)

  4. Relating to my career • Hospitality management being my major makes me interested in the study of this influence of Caribbean cuisine in the US
