  2. Why make healthy choices? • Making Healthy choices is important for your body by giving essential nutrients • They help keep the body functioning as it should and strengthen you • They taste nice and refreshing • Avoid dangerous diseases. • Low in fats and cholesterol

  3. Grossery List 2 Grossery List • Sugar. Sugar is good only at moderation for energy. Too much becomes fat. • Soft Drinks. They have a lot of calories and they are extremely unhealthy. • Cheese. Cheese has calcium, but also has lots of fat Fried food. Fried food has no nutrients but is soaked in oil instead. Refined and white food. These stick to your stomach so you should eat whole wheat instead.

  4. BeneFIT List 2 BeneFIT List Produce. Meat has lots of protein and is healthy, depending on how you cook it. Beans and nuts. These also have lots of protein and help repair tissues. Whole Grain food. This is much better then regular and refined foods. Fruits and Vegetables. They have essential nutrients and minerals and vitamins. They contain lots of water. Dairy. Dairy has a lot of calcium but also can have lots of fat.
