Modern kitchen with bedding, dresser and work deskfor each student: kitchen cabinets, two-door refrigerator, cooker, oven and aspirator, dining table, chairs, sitting set, washing machine and LED TV with Turksat satellite broadcasts. Internet access. Each apartment comes with it's own en-suite and fitted kitchen. We provide a bed, wardrobe and a desk for each student. We also provide a fridge-freezer, 1 oven and hob with extractor, a dining table, chairs, washing machine, LED television and internet facility.

The renowned Lefke town with its Sen Apartments, citrus gardens, greenery, abundant water and clean air  , is a modern 4- storey building with a capacity of 150 bed-capacity adult students, on the way to GECONONAGI  LAU Campus . Luxurious and modern apartments, built with quality materials and workmanship, within short walking distance of Lefke European University. Thick, isolated, sturdy, noiseless wall with reduced heat loss, double glass windows and sliding doors (for balconies). Plenty and clean water heated by solar energy.

  3. SenAparts buildings consist of 4 modern units: Each apartment is spacious with bedroom  + living room / kitchen. Air-conditioned and all rooms open onto their own balcony. It is planned to be comfortable for one or two people.
