  3. Crampton Auditorium Ms.Banks Details 2 Hour Ceremony 8-9 Tickets (included in Crampton budget) Tickets will be Notarized!!! Cost Estimated *$5,000* Missing the 1 free rehearsal is a $200 fee for the class if less than 75% of attendance Programs will be created by school Down Payment Due: June 2013 Final Payment Due: May 1st, 2014 Projected Date of Graduation will be SaturdayJune 14, 2014!!!!! Graduates on Tour Agent: Mike Ballantine Orlando, Florida Details Spring Break: April 14th-21st Projected cost is $600 which includes the following: Transportation from airport to resort in Florida (included the whole time) Projected cost from school to airport and back will be $2,000 (paid for by fundraising) Chaperone to Student ratio 1:10( chaperone rooms provided) Plane fare will be provide Down payment: $100 by Nov. 2013 Itinerary will be handed out 2months prior: 1 Day: Wet & Wild: Bar-B-Q Lunch (unlimited food) 1 Day: Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (includes meal voucher) 1 Day: Cocoa Beach: Also provided lunch Etc.   15. We called Mr. Mike (Trip Coordinator) to verify that things are still a go. He confirmed that there will need to be a $100 down payment in November 2013 for students that will be attending the Senior Class Trip. Senior Trip

  17. I talked to Ms. Banks (Graduation Coordinator) She will get back to us to confirm our date which is June 14th. Graduation venue is on hold Dcps is working on a plan for high school graduations Our cost was $5,000 End of year trip Prom cost Yearbook cost Graduation
  18. The prom is in coordinated by Mrs. Dobson at the Camelot in Upper Marlboro, Md. This venue is being held for the class of 2014 original date of June 6, 2014.($2,000.00) The class will be paying the down payment in June of 2013. The Theme will be voted on by the class. Senior Prom
