  2. 2. 恶性肿瘤 • (1) 并发症: 坏死、出血、穿孔、骨折 • (2) 疼痛 • (3) 恶病质(cachexia):恶性肿瘤晚期, 机体严重消瘦、无 力、贫血和全身衰竭的状态。 • (4)副肿瘤综合症: 非内分泌腺发生的恶性肿瘤产生的 激素或激素类物质引起的内分泌症状、 神经肌肉以及骨关节和血液等方面的症 状或异常,如:ACTH、PTH、TSH 。
