  4. Why It’s important • It is a famous Australian landmark • It connects to Sydney city to the North shore Sydney • It looks unique.

  5. Appearance • It is an arched shaped steel bridge • The nickname of the harbour bridge is the Coathanger because of it’s appearance

  6. How It Is Used • A bridge to cross Sydney Harbour • It is used for cars, trains, pedstains, bikes paths and footpaths

  7. Special Features • They began building it in 1928 • It opened on the 19 of march 1932

  8. Opera House • It is located at Bennelong point in Sydney. • It is a built landmark . • It is 183m long and 120m wide at it’s widest point. • A series of white ‘shells’ and can be described as sails.

  9. Opera House (continued) • It was built by Jorn Utzon- opened in 1973. • Performing venue-1500 performance per year 1.2 million visitors viewing the performance • 7 million people visit the site each year
