  1. PROYECTO GRIMM NUEVAS TECNOLOGÍAS APLICADAS A LA EDUCACIÓN EN CATALUÑA

  2. ¿QUÉ ES EL PROYECTO GRIMM? • ES UNA INICIATIVA PARA LA INTRODUCCIÓN DE LAS NUEVAS TECNOLOGÍAS DE INFORMACIÓN Y COMUNICACIONES EN LAS AULAS DE LOS CENTROS DE EDUCACIÓN INFANTIL, PRIMARIA Y SECUNDARIA DE ESPAÑA.

GRIM ES UN PROYECTO… • ABIERTO: no limita su participación. • FLEXIBLE: no obliga a sus integrantes a participar del mismo modo o bajo unas directrices concretas sino bajo unos intereses comunes. • INNOVADOR: parte de la idea del ordenador como herramienta de trabajo en el aula. • DINÁMICO: sus objetivos y estructuras varían en función de las necesidades reales de sus integrantes y sin perder el “tren” de los avances tecnológicos, cambios sociales o de nuevos modelos didácticos.

SU PROPOSITO ES DOBLE: • AYUDAR AL PROFESOR EN LA BÚSQUEDA DE UNA ENSEÑANZA MÁS EFICAZ EN EL SIGLO XXI. • ACERCAR A LOS ALUMNOS EL ORDENADOR COMO UNA HERRAMIENTA MÁS: “los niños no sólo realizan actividades de aprendizaje puntuales, sino que juegan, dibujan, se expresan, se comunican, recogen datos, los analizan, los organizan, los reconstruyen para generar una nueva información, y todo ello de una forma natural, igual que hacen con el papel y el lápiz”. Mariona Grané, profesora de la Universidad de Barcelona e integrante del proyecto.

  5. ¿POR QUÉ “PROYECTO GRIMM”? • EL NOMBRE PROVIENE DE LOS FAMOSOS HERMANOS GRIMM QUE, ADEMÁS DE CONTAR CUENTOS, COLABORARON DE FORMA MUY INTERESANTE EN TRADUCIR LA CULTURA ORAL TRADICIONAL EN UN MEDIO MÁS PERDURABLE QUE ERA EL PAPEL. ESTE PROYECTO PRETENDE FACILITAR EL SIGUIENTE CAMBIO DE SOPORTE: DEL PAPEL AL ORDENADOR.

ESTRUCTURA DEL PROYECTO • GRIMM ES UN PROYECTO DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE BARCELONA Y APPLE (ahora abierto a toda la comunidad educativa), QUE SE ARTICULA A TRAVÉS DE UN GRUPO DE TRABAJO FORMADO POR LOS COORDINADORES NACIONALES QUE DINAMIZAN Y POTENCIAN EL PROYECTO Y, TAMBIÉN REPRESENTAN LOS INTERESES DE LOS PARTICIPANTES, QUE SON:

  7. CENTROS EDUCATIVOS: a nivel de Enseñanza Infantil, Primaria y Secundaria. • INSTITUCIONES: universidades, asociaciones, fundaciones, etc. que apoyan al proyecto. • EMPRESAS Y GRUPOS TECNOLÓGICOS: que dan soporte al proyecto.

  8. CONCLUSIONES Y RESULTADOS • Después de ocho años , los resultados son óptimos, ya que “los alumnos aprenden a trabajar en grupo, adquieren una mayor confianza, mejora su control y responsabilidad en la toma de decisiones y se convierten en aprendices independientes y con más iniciativa. Además se ha comprobado que al emplear la tecnología de forma apropiada se consigue disminuir el fracaso escolar”. Las Provincias. 08-11-2000.
