  3. 1. From I-75 South, travel toward Brandon, take the US-301 South Exit, which is one exit South from the Brandon exit (60). Turn LEFT onto Bloomingdale Ave, Travel 5.7 miles, turn RIGHT on Lithia Pinecrest Rd. Travel 1.9 miles, Riverhills will be on the LEFT. 2. From the Crosstown, travel toward Brandon, take the Falkenburg exit (last exit before I-75) go RIGHT on Falkenburg, LEFT at the light (Lumsden) follow Lumsden EAST all the way out to Lithia Pinecrest Rd. (about 5 miles) turn RIGHT (South) and travel about 4 miles, Riverhills will be on the LEFT. 3. From South of Tampa, Take I-75 North to the Gibsonton Exit, travel EAST on Gibsonton, cross 301, continue EAST on Boyette Rd. Turn LEFT on Lithia Pinecrest Rd. Riverhills will be on the RIGHT. 4. From Highway 60 (East), travel EAST on 60 to Lithia Pinecrest Rd. Turn RIGHT (South), travel 6 miles, Riverhills will be on the LEFT. 5. From East of Tampa, Take I-4 West to I-75 South and follow directions in #1. 6. From the airport, take I-275 South to I-4 East, to I-75 South, and follow directions in #1.
