  3. Openwebmail使用~個人偏好設定 建議您可以修改下列項目： • 修改簽名(如果需要的話) • 信件操作\預設目的信匣\--直接刪除-- • 回信設定\回信時, 附上原信內容\附在後面 • 通訊錄設定\每頁顯示幾筆資料\100 (視需要設定) • 其它設定：垃圾桶信件保留天數 、廣告與病毒信件保留天數、作業階段逾時設定

  5. Openwebmail減少垃圾信郵件規則設定 • 建立郵件規則，設定過濾條件及動作。 • 建議您可以將幾個常被偽造的信箱加到過濾條件，以後碰到這類的信就會被過濾掉。 group@ms.dges.tc.edu.tw、您的帳號@ms.dges.tc.edu.tw ...

  6. 大英百科全書使用教學 • 臺中市大英百科全書資訊系統http://britannica.tc.edu.tw/britannica/index.php • 瀏覽以上網站需要透過中心的proxy連線(位址：140.128.53.10，連接埠：3199)，才能使用網站全部功能。 • 連線設定(以IE8為例)：開啟瀏覽器\工具\網際網路選項\連線\區域網路設定\Proxy伺服器打勾，填入位址、連接埠。 • 教職員請使用公務帳號登入使用。 • 建議使用完可將proxy關掉(即打勾去掉)。

  7. Allwaysync軟體介紹 • Allwaysync是一套免費軟體，可以將電腦的資料同步，也可將電腦與隨身碟資料同步。 • 官方網站http://www.allwaysync.com/ • 它有幾個不同版本，常用為 • Windows版http://allwaysync.com/download/allwaysync-10-5-1.exe • 隨身碟版http://allwaysync.com/download/allwaysync-n-go-10-5-1.paf.exe

  8. Allwaysync軟體安裝 • 點選執行程式allwaysync-10-5-1(windows版).exeOK \ Next \ I accept…，Next …\ Finish • 更改語言版本Language \ Chinese(Traditional)

  9. 實作練習 • Allwaysync軟體(windows版)需安裝 • Allwaysync軟體(隨身碟版)不需安裝，檔案解開後放至隨身碟即可 • 設定資料同步的目錄及路徑 分析 同步

  10. Allwaysync注意事項 • 可將allwaysync(隨身碟版)直接裝在隨身碟，由隨身直接執行，可以將設定帶著走。 • allwaysync(windows版)若安裝shell extension，可直接在檔案目錄下，按右鍵指定資料同步。 • 可建立多個同步工作，同時分析及同步。 • 同步的目錄會建立一個”_SYNCAPP”隱藏目錄，無需理會。
