  1. LAGHU RUDRA AND MAHA MRITYUNJAYA MANTRA Laghu Rudra and Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra are two poojas done to worship Lord Shiva. Laghu Rudra is the destroyer of all sins, while Maha Mrityunjaya pooja is usually done to ward off untimely death. Out of all forms, Lord Shiva prefers the Rudra form because it is the destroyer of evil and produces only positivity and goodness to the individual and the family. It is majorly done for the people suffering effects of the moon, ailments, and diseases. Additionally, when an individual is not able to find his or her soulmate, Laghu Rudra puja could come to the individual’s aid. The process of Laghu Rudra is as follows: 11 recitations of Sri Rudram is done, followed by 1 recitation of the Chamakam - which is commonly known as Ekadasha Rudram. 1 Laghu Rudram constitutes of 11 Ekadasha Rudram. Above and beyond Laghu Rudra, there is Maha Rudram - which is formed by 11 Laghu Rudras. Laghu Rudra is preferred between July end and August third week, which also happens to be Shravan month. Besides Shravan month, Mondays are another preferred day for the devotees to perform Laghu Rudra. Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra, on the other side, is a great death conquering mantra. This mantra addresses Lord Shiva to nudge off untimely death. It is also performed by smearing viboothi on various parts of the body and utilized in homam to achieve desired results. The process of Maha Mrityunjaya Puja is as follows: Lord Shiva is chanted 108 times, and side by side - milk and water are poured on Shivling. By doing this, Lord Shiva’s blessing can be sought by the devotee. Unlike Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra, Gayathri Mantra is for purification and spiritual guidance. GUJARAT FAMOUS TEMPLE: There are plenty of Lord Shiva’s temples in India, out of which many are located in Gujarat. Somnath temple, the most famous temple in Gujarat, is one of the most significant temples for the devotees. Out of 12 Shivlings in India, the first Shivling was built in this temple. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this temple is one of the tourist attractions for tourists and devotees. Another temple located in Gujarat which is being dedicated to Lord Nageshwar is Nageshwar temple. Similar to Somnath temple, Nageshwar temple has one of twelve Shivlings in India. Many temples hold various significance and aid the devotees accordingly. When it comes to Nageshwar temple, it gives purified effort and will protect all devotees from poison. This temple is just about 10 kilometers away from the Jamnagar district.
