Contents A step by step guide to activate the user licence key in supported products Approximately one month before the expiry of your product licence you will see a message advising you that the product licence needs renewing. If you have not received an invoice, please contact Jayex at “accounts@jayex.com” as soon as possible to ensure continuity with the product and your appointment system. Step 1 Once you have received your new licence, which will have been supplied by email or post, open the X-Call Reception software from your desktop. Select “Settings” and “Login

  3. Step 2 You will see a “Login” box requesting a password Step 3 Enter ‘jayexreg’ as your password, if entered correctly the login box will disappear. j a y e x r e g (lower case, no spaces)

  4. Step 4 Select “ Help” then “Register X-Call” from the Help menu Step 5 The “X-Call Registration” window will appear. Erase the expired licence key and enter your new key which will have been emailed or given to you by a Jayex support representative. • After entering your new licence key, click on the “Register” button. Congratulations. You will now see a confirmation box detailing your new licence date. If you have any difficulty in registering, please email support@jayex.com

  5. NB. If you are unsure of your software version or for a quick view of when your product is registered to, select “ Help” then “About X-Call” from the Help menu to see the screen below. NB.
