  9. Solution • Managers should go over addition details dealing with OMS orders that weren’t covered in the video and encourage questions.

  10. Conclusion • Managers following up with employees will give employees more training. • The extra exposure and proper training will lead to fewer errors, satisfied customers, increase in efficiency, and correct inventory counts.
