  4. Daily language sessionsNicaraguita language School •native speaker teacher for 3 to 5 students •structure, conversation and practicalities •personal attention and language practice

  5. Día 2 •Centro Historico walking tour •Boat ride on LagoCocibolcaview isletas •visit a local elementary school

  6. Día 3 •Mombacho Volcano •Hike the crater trail •Volunteer at the Nicaragua Libre Community Project

  7. Día 4 •Pueblos Blancos •Catarina Flower Market •Pottery and Bamboo Artisans •Afternoon language session overlooking Laguna de Apoyo Crater Lake

  8. Día 5 •Coyotepec Fortress, waterfront •Hammock workshops •Mercado de Artesanías •Evening Verbena: fokloric dances, music, traditional Nicaraguan food

  9. Día 6 •Mercado Municipal •Cooking lesson with host families •Dance lesson including Merengue, Reguettón, y Palo de Mayo

  10. Día 7 •Visit a local project for a full day of volunteering

  11. •Farewell to host families •Early morning transfer to Managua’s International Airport to return to the USA Día 8

  12. Costs and Due dates Initial deposit due Monday, November 4, 2013 $350.00 •2nd payment due March 4th, 2014 $900.00 •Remaining balance due May 4th, 2014 $545.00 TOTAL $1795.00 ADDITIONAL COSTS •Passport if you don’t have one •spending money •bus from SIS to O’Hare and O’Hare to SIS
