DELIVERABLES IN THE NEXT12 MONTHS • Analysis- Purchase spend- Forward contracting programme- Comparative costs of activities. • Programme of Framework Agreements- 12 completed, 5 through e-Auction • Pilot Recruitment Website • e-Procurement- Complete review- Recommend e-Marketplace- Develop Procurement Card Programme, start implementation in at least 3 Councils.- Introduce e-Tendering Service- Implement Business Portal

DELIVERABLES IN THE NEXT12 MONTHS • Processes and Procedures- Model Terms and Conditions of Contract- Model Standing Orders for Procurement- Recommend region-wide tendering limit based on research commissioned by NWCE.- Review of potential impact of pre-commitment. • Training- Publish and run a programme of seminars around efficiency and procurement.

  9. DELIVERABLES IN THE NEXT12 MONTHS • Collaboration:- Fund and support collaborative initiatives within the region.- Out of Authority Placements- e-Government. • Model Specifications in key back office and transactional services. • Seek additional funding to support innovation. • Sharing Good Practice- Identification of good practice across the region.- Develop NWCE website to make available learning model and tools.

LONGER TERM DELIVERABLES • Complete implementation of strategies/initiatives started in 2005/6 • Procurement - Greater availability of expertise- Better contracting- Focused collaboration. • Development and implementation of collaborative programme(s) throughout NW. • Continuation of programme identifying good practice wins.
