  3. If you forget your Login Name and/or your Password, click on FORGOT PASSWORD.Fill in the information it asks for and it will email you the information you need.

  4. To edit or add your notification information, click on “Team” in the top left corner of the screen and drop down and click on “Manage Team Contacts”

  5. This is what will open up. There are seven (7) subcategories in which you will add information. The default tab that opens will be “Contact”. In this subcategory, fill in your information. After you are complete, click on “Save” at the bottom right corner.

  6. There is one tricky area here. If you have text messaging on your cell phone, it is requested that you enter a SMS address. Each address varies depending on your cell phone provider. It is normally your cell number followed by @ and then your providers address.(i.e. 5035551212@txt.att.net) The next page will have some examples of the most common addresses to help you out.

  7. Below are the most common SMS addresses used by employees of the Air Group(substitute your phone number in place of the examples) AT&T 5035551212@txt.att.net Sprint 5035551212@messaging.sprintpcs.com Nextel 5035551212@messaging.nextel.com Verizon 5035551212@vtext.com Alltel 5035551212@message.alltel.com T-Mobile 5035551212@tmomail.com Virgin Mobile 5035551212@vmobl.com Telus 5035551212@msg.telus.com Rogers Canada 6045551212@pcs.rogers.com US Cellular 9075551212@mms.uscc.net Cellular One 9075551212@celloneusa.com Alaska Wireless 9075551212@sms.alaska-wireless.com Dobson 9075551212@dobson.net ACS Alaska 9075551212@msg.acsalaska.com

  12. You do not need to click on “Other” but this is what it looks like. This area will eventually hold Passport information for CIRP Team members.

  13. You also do not need to click on “Team” but this is what it looks like as well. This area shows the day you became part of the CIRP Team, your status and your Login Name. Your Password is blocked out for security reasons.

  14. The last thing you need to know is how to change your Password. Click on “Setup” and drag down to “Change Login Password”. You will have to enter your new Password in twice. It must contain between 5 & 15 digits and have at least one number somewhere in it.

  15. That’s it! You are updated. If you have questions, comments, concerns or problems please email “CARE Admin”. You will receive an answer within 48 hours. Thanks for keeping your information updated. Without the correct information it makes it that much harder to contact you if there is a response. The End!
