  10. Motivation, needs, contributions What are your expectations from the meeting? What is your motivation? What needs are you expecting to fulfill? I’m looking forward to learning from the other national academies and sharing our own experiences. I was a participant in the first global meeting in India and the informal meeting in Malaysia and as a group, we have tried to define the nature of the Global Academy, to include governance, membership etc. I hope this time, we can concretize all these and come up with agreements. What could you contribute to the meeting? What are your organization’s strengths? The Phil CeC Academy is one of the few if not the only Academy with a ratified charter. It’s strength lies in its members who are passionate in their work.
