  1. Your logo will appear at the top of your page. Your brand’s colors can be used throughout. Simply log-in using your own User ID and Password.

  2. Welcome to your own online catalog, containing any number of your company’s marketing pieces. From postcards to business cards. Lying Down Occasion Card Simply select the marketing piece you’d like to update or re-order.

  3. Once a piece is selected, specify what type of Excel-based mailing list to upload. For demo purposes, we’ve created a simple comma-delimited file. Select it from the pull-down and hit “Continue”.

  4. Mapping is critical. Make sure the fields in your database match the “variable” fields in our templates. We’ll help make sure they do.

  5. To make sure your address data maps correctly, indicate how you’d like to Preview your piece. Let’s select “First and Last”. Indicate store locations that apply to your selected piece. Click “Apply”.

  8. Select a custom photo for the FRONT of the postcard from a pull-down menu or photo library. Select your company logo from a pull-down menu or browse your logo library. Customize specific points in the text, in this case the name and description of the spa package. Select a custom photo for the BACK of the postcard from a pull-down menu or photo library. Since this is an “occasion” postcard, you can customize the type of occasion here.

  9. Once all the required fields are filled, click “Refresh Item Preview” to see your text and graphics changes.

  10. To see an actual PDF proof of the piece you’ve just “created” click on the “View PDF”. This is where you check your information for accuracy. Happy with the piece you’ve just customized?Click “Continue” to be taken to your Shopping Cart.Time to place your order.

  11. From your Shopping Cart, you can review your order. A part number is automatically generated for tracking purposes. You have the option to edit,delete or place the order.

  12. At Checkout, you can review your order one last time before submitting it. Clicking “Finish” sends your order to a system that generates the exact number of hi-res printable PDFs, merges the provided data, then prints, addresses, barcodes, and mails your new pieces. Like we say. . .You point and click. We print and mail. Your order will not be officially placed until you click “Finish”.
