Mumbai, the financial and business capital has seen considerable changes in the residential market of several micro-pockets. • One such micro-pocket is Bandra-Kurla-Complex (BKC). • This has also created a spurt in demand for flats in Bandra, a locality that is situated west and is adjacent to BKC.
