  6. CTP* Purpose: To provide guidance and support to aid in the academic development of freshmen with the following high school indicators:* GPA 3.0/Below * ACT 20/Below * Class Rank in Lower 50% * Combination of indicators

  7. CTP Coordinator Responsibilities • Introductory letter to incoming freshmen (2wks. before school begins) • Initial 30 minute meeting • Oversee quarterly monitoring • Biweekly meetings • Committee on Academic Qualifications • Liaison between students and faculty • Arrange special help
