In other terms, when your body Body Mass Index (BMI) is more than 25, you fall under the obese category. FACTORS CAUSING OBESITY •Regular consumption of foods rich in fats, cholesterol, and processed foods •Genetics •Sedentary lifestyle •Hormonal problems •Hitting the bed post-midnight and waking up very late.
