  2. Üldiselt • Keha on pikk ja peenike või lühike ja lai. Seda katab epiteel, mis koos lihastega moodustab nakhlihasmõigu. • Elavad vees, maismaal ja teiste organismide sees.

  3. Lameussid Keha on lame, osal liikidel pikk ja lüliline. Vajavad arenemiseks vaheperemeest. Arenevad moondega. Neil on koed ja organid eristunud. Nt. Nudipaeluss, laiuss.

  4. Ümarussid Keha on sale, silindriline, mõlemast otsast ahenenud. Arenevad ka moondega. Sigivad suguliselt on liitsugulised. Vereringe on suletud. Nt. Liimuksolge, naaskelsaba.

  5. Rõngussid Keha on pikk ja lüliline, mõlemast otsast ahenev. Südame ülesannet täidavad kaks ring soont. Areneb otseselt. Nt. Vihmauss, kaan.
