Project Management Program • Give members a chance to take the lead on projects with organizations • Organizations and businesses downtown • Other student organizations • There will be an application and interview process to determine Project Managers for specific projects • Project Management Speaker Series

Project Management – GE Week • First project – Global Entrepreneurship Week • Linda Feltman of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) runs event • November 18th-24th • Wants help with event management, budget management, and increasing campus-wide involvement • Look for application in the listserv!

Linda Feltman on Project Management • Monday, September 23rd at 6 pm in 102 Business • 5 Corporate Relations points • First speaker in the project management speaker series! • Linda is from the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and will be giving an overview of project management • She will also be talking about the GE Week project!

Community Service Opportunities! • Box Top Collection • Look for them on household items • 3 points for every 5 box tops • 15 point maximum • Football Pick’em (5 Community Service points) • Pick winners of NFL football games each week • $10 to enter, goes to • Winner at end of season gets gift card

  22. Paper Tower • Building the tallest tower that you can out of a single piece of paper. • Cannot use any materials other than the single sheet. • The structure must be free standing. • Working in your teams, you will only have five minutes to complete this. • Any questions?

  26. Mentoring Program • Meet with an exec board member or senior member of PMA throughout the semester to discuss being successful at Penn State and in your career • Open to anyone who would like to join • Tell an Exec Board member if you are interested at end of the meeting
