  2. PROFILE • Hrishikesh M P (b.1960), Director, CMR Center for Business Studies with more than 32 years of academic and administrative experience holds a Ph. D in Human Resource Management. His strong academic back ground helped him to pursue teaching and learning in reputed B-schools. He is actively involved in teaching, research and consulting, training and academic administration. His areas of interest include talent management, knowledge management, learning organization, organizational behavior, mentoring and general management. He has published large number of papers and authored a few books in the areas of business management. He has organized national and international workshops, seminars, conferences and symposiums. He has also presented papers in national and international seminars. He has trained many corporate executives and professionals in the area of talent development. He is the recognized research guide of Anna Technical University, Coimbatore. He, has carried out research projects funded by UGC and other funding institutions. He has the experience on foreign collaborated programmes between SBS- Swiss Business School, Zurich, Switzerland and RIMS.
