Scuba Training Phuket |Phuket Private Yacht Charter : Saim Aquatic Adventures

Gregg has been a great instructor - and he was very good at making me feel safe during the dives. When I started the diving lessons, I had my doubts and was a little freaked out, but with help from Gregg and his dive master (Andreas) - I was able to get beyond my limits in the coolest way. I am very blessed that I got my certification, and I will definitely keep diving! A Huge thank you Gregg ! More Info: http://siamaquaticadventures.com/

  5. The Basics Snorkeling basically involves swimming in general with a snorkel to help you breathe underwater and pair of fins that make swimming effortless on a shallow waters unlike scuba divers that go deep down to explore the reefs and creatures beneath. Scuba diving is pure exploration where you have much time in hand  to explore due to more oxygen supply. The word scuba stands for ‘Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus‘. Scuba divers breathe through an compressed air tank along with other scuba diving apparatus attached. www.siamaquaticadventures.com

  6. Training Snorkeling doesn’t need any certification, you just need to be a swimmer. It is absolutely recreational in nature. Scuba diving requires certification and training for using the breathing equipment, learn safety procedures and troubleshooting. However, the training doesn’t usually take longer than a couple of days. After that, you are good to go. www.siamaquaticadventures.com

  7. Health Risks Snorkeling entails a lot more risk factors than scuba diving. Snorkelers are at a greater risk of not being spotted by crafts and jet skis that could cause fatal accidents. Other risks that snorkelers could encounter include are dehydration, hyperventilation and poisonous coral. Scuba diving is a lot safer than snorkeling as excellent safety equipment is utilised for the experience. However, if at times a diver faces compressed breathing, then he or she could experience oxygen toxicity and decompression sickness. www.siamaquaticadventures.com
