  1. Amaretto Sour Ingredients 1 oz Amaretto .5 oz Mandarin Vodka 1.5 oz Sour mix Glass: Highball Garnish: Cherry Variations: You can make this without the Mandarin Vodka.. I like how the Mandarin Vodka gives the drink a nice punch and cuts the sweetness ever so slightly A MIDORI SOUR is made the same way, simply substituting MIDORI liqueur for the amaretto Directions Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Strain into a highball glass with ice.

Slowly pour the Grenadine so that it sinks to the bottom of the glass.

Blue Hawaiian Ingredients 1 oz Coconut Rum 1 oz Light Rum .5 oz Blue Curacao 1 oz Pineapple Juice Glass: Collins Glass Garnish: Cherry or fruit Variations: Blue Hawaiian w/ Coconut Cream 2 oz Light Rum .25 oz Blue Curacao .75 oz Pineapple Juice 1 tsp Coconut Cream Shake and strain into a martini glass Directions Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and pour contents into Collins glass.

Long Island Iced Tea Ingredients .5 oz Vodka .5 oz Gin .5 oz Rum .5 oz Tequila .25 oz Triple Sec 1.5 oz Sour Mix Splash Coke Glass: Collins Glass Garnish: Lemon Wedge Variations: Electric Blue Iced Tea: substitute blue curacao for triple sec and sprite for coke Grateful Dead: no tequila, substitute Chambord for triple sec *You can also experiment with different flavors by sub. Flavored vodkas or rums w/ matching liquors [ie Peach vodka w/ Peach schnapps in lieu of triple sec] Directions Combine all ingredients [except coke] in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and pour contents into Collins glass. Top with coke.

Shake well. Pour contents in a Collins glass. You can also make this in large quantities and serve as fruit punch at a party Variation: 1.5 oz Dark Rum .5 oz Coconut Rum ..5 oz Grenadine Pineapple Juice/ Orange Juice

Mojito Ingredients 1.5 oz Bacardi Limon .5 oz Triple Sec [or St. Germaine] 1.5 oz Sour Mix Splash Sprite or Club Soda Sugar Cube Lime Wedges Mint Glass: Collins Glass Garnish: Lime Wedge, Mint Variations: *You can experiment with different flavors by muddling berries or other fruit in addition to the limes, and then using the same flavor of Rum. You can even substitute the triple sec with complementary liqueurs. Ex: Raspberry Mojito: Muddled Raspberries, Bacardi Razz, Peach Schnapps [or St Germaine or Chambord] Directions Muddle 3 lime wedges [+/-], mint [a bunch!] and sugar in a mixing glass. Add ice. Combine alcohol and sour mix. Shake. Shake. Shake. Pour into Collins glass. Top with Soda.

Appletini Ingredients 1 oz Vodka .5 oz Apple Schnapps .25 oz Peach Schnapps Splash Sour Mix, optional Glass: Martini Glass Garnish: Cherry Variations: A DELISH ALT: Caramel Apple: Substitute butterscotch schnapps for the peach schnapps Other Variations: You can substitute triple sec, or St. Germaine for the peach schnapps My friend also made the ‘tini with an interesting spin; substitute the peach schnapps for amaretto and the sour mix for pineapple.. Yum! Directions Combine all ingredients [except coke] in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain contents into a martini glass.

Cosmopolitan Ingredients 1.5 oz Citron Vodka .5 oz Triple Sec Splash Lime Juice Splash Sour Mix, optional Cranberry Juice Glass: Martini Glass Garnish: Lemon Twist Directions Combine all ingredients [except coke] in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain contents into a martini glass. Variations: Try cosmos with a twist! Substitute the citron vodka for another flavor.

Lychee Martini Ingredients 1.5 oz Vodka .5 oz St. Germaine Lychees w/ Juice or Lychee Puree Splash Pineapple Juice Splash Sour Mix Glass: Martini Glass Garnish: Lychee, Lemon Twist Directions [If you’re using puree, skip this step: Muddle Lychee w/ Juice]. Add ice and all ingredients. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Variations: After you strain the martini into the glass, add a dash of colored liqueur [ex: blue curacao, strawberry liqueur, or midori] to the middle of the martini glass. The liqueur will sink to the bottom and will look pretty!

Margarita Ingredients 1.5 oz Tequila .5 oz Cointreau [Triple Sec] 1.5 oz Sour Mix Roses Lime Juice [of lime, orange, sugar] Splash OJ Salt, optional Glass: Rocks, Margarita Glass Garnish: Lime Wedge Directions [If you’re using Roses Lime Juice, skip this step: Muddle 3 lime wedges [+/-] and 1 orange slice with sugar]. Combine ingredients in mixing glass w/ ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. You can easily make this a frozen margarita by blending the liquid ingredients with ice [equal parts ice to liquid]. Or, I prefer, blending it with FROZEN FRUIT in lieu of ice. Variations: *You can experiment with different flavors by muddling berries or other fruit in addition to the limes. You can even substitute the triple sec with complementary liqueurs. Ex: Strawberry Margarita: Muddled Strawberries… and substitute St. Germaine or Strawberry Liqueur or Peach Schnapps for the Cointreau. Easy Variation: Buy prepackaged margarita mix… Just add tequila 

  12. Kamikaze Ingredients 1 part Vodka 1 part Triple Sec 1 part Roses Lime Juice Glass: Shot/ Martini Glass Garnish: Lime Directions Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain contents into a shot glass/ martini glass Easy to remember: Kamikazes are “very loyal troops”… VLT = Vodka, Lime Juice, Triple Sec Variation: Blue Kamikaze: Substitute blue curacao for the triple sex

  13. Chocolate Cake Ingredients 1 part Citron Vodka 1 part Frangelico Glass: Shot/ Martini Glass Garnish: Sugared Lemon Variation: Birthday Cake: Substitute the Vanilla Vodka for the Citron Vodka. Add a splash of Bailey’s, optional. You can douse the lemons in sambuca and set it ablae for an added kick  Directions Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain contents into a shot glass/ martini glass. Tastes JUST LIKE chocolate cake!

B-52 Ingredients 1 part Kahlua 1 part Bailey’s 1 part Grand Marnier Glass: Shot No Garnish Directions Layer the alcohol [pour VERY SLOWLY]: Kahlua first, then Bailey’s, then Grand Marnier] in the shot glass. Tip: Tilt the glass on its side and let the alcohol slide down the glass’s side so it floats… Or pour the alcohol over a spoon so it floats Set the Grand Marnier on fire! Be careful not to burn yourself or your lips! Variation: Substitute any lighter density alcohol for the Grand Marnier. It has to have a high alcohol proof to catch fire. Many people like to use 151… yuck!

Jolly Rancher Ingredients 1 part Peach Schnapps 1 part Sour Apple Schnapps 1 part Cranberry Juice Glass: Shot/ Martini Glass Garnish: Lime or Cherry Directions Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain contents into a shot glass/ martini glass. This is another great party drink because it’s easy to make in large quantities and tastes yummy! Variations: You can make different flavored jolly rancher shots by substituting the flavors of liqueurs. [Ex: make a cherry jolly rancher by substituting sloe gin or grenadine for the apple schnapps]
