  2. Infection des doigts ou orteils • Provoquée par une effraction cutanée • Avec inflammation • Evolution vers une collection purulente • Staphylococcus aureus

  3. Toujours : vérification VAT • Stade d’invasion : bains d’antiseptiques pluriquotidiens (Hexamidine), surveillance • Stade de collection : excision en masse, sous AL digitale, au bloc • Puis cicatrisation dirigée

  4. Antibiothérapie ? • Non en phase d’invasion • Sauf si : nourrisson, valvulopathie, morsures • Non après l’excision • Sauf si signes de diffusion • EBM ?
