  2. Possessive Adj. – Short Form (Singular) mi = my tu = your su = his, her, your nuestro(a) = our vuestro(a) = your su = their, your Ejemplos:Ella es mi abuela. (She is my grandma.) Tu amigo es cómico. (Your friend is funny.)

  3. Possessive Adj. – Short Form (Plural) mis = my tus = your sus = his, her, your nuestros(as) = our vuestros(as) = your sus = their, your Ejemplos:Ellos son mis abuelos. (They are my grandparents.) Tus amigos son cómicos. (Your friends are funny.)

  4. Possessive adj. – long form More expressive and emphatic. Long form PA follows the noun. Must agree in gender and number.

  5. Possessive Adj. – Long form(Singular) mio tuyo suyo nuestro vuestro suyo Ella es una amiga mia. (She is a friend of mine.)

  6. Possessive Adj. – Long form(Plural) mios tuyos suyos nuestros vuestros suyos Ellas son unas amigas mias. (They are friends of mine.)

  7. Los pronombres posesivos Possessive pronouns replace a noun. Rules: 1. Use the long form of the possessive adj. 2. Add “el, la, los, las” according to the gender and number of the noun it replaces.

  8. Ejemplos Los amigos mios son cómicos. My friends are funny. (PA) Y los tuyos, ¿cómo son? And yours, what are they like? (PP) Sus clases son dificiles. Her classes are difficult. (PA) Las mías son fáciles. Mine are easy. (PP)
