3. Cognitel Executive Team Rajeev Kabra – Director and CEO Rajeev is an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a BE in Computer Science from Birla Institute Of Technology Ranchi. He has also completed a certificate program on Executive Leadership from Cornell University. Rajeev has more than 17 years of experience with organizations like Tata Motors, Wipro Technologies and IBM. During his 8 years of leadership stint at Wipro in North America, he was instrumental in establishing Wipro’s presence in that market. At IBM, Rajeev has held several leadership positions in his 7 years tenure. In his last assignment with IBM , he was the Vice President for Strategic Outsourcing Business for India/ South Asia where he has personally structured long term outsourcing contracts for IBM. Arvind Jain – Director and Head of Faculty and Content Management B-Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and MBA from Symbiosis, Arvind has more than 12 years of Training and Project Management experience with companies like Nokia Siemens Network and Ericsson. Arvind has trained telecom professionals in countries like India, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.. and was awarded the best trainer in Nokia Networks in the year 2001. Arvind is the driving force in creating a team of experienced faculty for Cognitel S K Acharya – Member of Advisory Board An MBA in HR and a B-Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering, S K Acharya is a well known name in the Indian Telecom Industry. He has more than 25 years of rich experience in the Telecom Industry with organizations like BEL, Nokia Siemens Network and Qualcomm. SK was a key member of the Asia Pacific leadership team of Nokia Networks and has led their country services organizations in Japan, Taiwan and India. Kapil Sharma – Member of Advisory Board Kapil Sharma is an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a BE from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. Kapil has over 17 years of experience with organizations like HCL-HP and Nokia Siemens Networks. He has a very wide international experience by virtue of holding leadership positions in Sales and Marketing in Asia Pacific, Latin America and North American regions with Nokia Siemens Networks.

Fresh Graduate Selection and Absorption Process Candidate Selection Competence Development Absorption Evaluation • Candidates scoring 60% or more in the training will join our client within 2 months of successful completion of training • Continuous evaluation process with periodic tests during the classroom phase. • Final evaluation after completion Lab training. • Candidates scoring less than 60% will be given a one time chance to participate in classroom sessions at no extra cost and the evaluation process will be repeated. • Trainings to be conducted at our Facilities. • Training content and duration as agreed with our client. • Cost is shared between our client and the candidate. • Cost to be incurred by Student = Rs. 25,000.00 which can be paid in 2 equal installments. • Campus recruitment or Walk-ins. • Initial Candidate screening done through a written test. • Shortlisted candidates to undergo a face-face interview. Client’s involvement is optional. • For campus recruitments, candidates to be issued a conditional (subject to clearing the training with specified score threshold) appointment letter from the Client.
