Operations Management SMF • Objectives: • Provide modeling based questions that helps people identify the necessary work instructions • Help the Operations Manager organize the execution of planned (daily, weekly, monthly) work • Offer guidance around controlling the work performed Exhibits: Technology specific work instructions
