  11. Management Trainee Entry Profile • Qualifications • Bachelors/Masters degree • Work experience • Not more than 3 years • International outlook • Will to travel • Language skills • Fluent command of English (written and spoken)

Core elements to the Programme BAT’s Management Trainee Programme has three main building blocks: Business Awareness Understanding of the overall business and appreciating the role played by each function. Leadership Capabilities Developing the leadership capabilities needed in future roles. Functional Development Development of a base of excellence in your chosen function

  13. After the MT Programme – your career at British American Tobacco The reward - your first management post in British American Tobacco. The key is to use your initiative. You should tell us where you want to go. Your formal learning opportunities don’t stop with the end of the MT Programme.
