  3. 2013 Special Studies Overview • Surveys were conducted over a two month period • All regions participated in the special studies • Survey tools were reviewed and approved by Planning Council and Grantee • In 2012, CAREWare reported 58 Youth-MSM and 10 Incarcerated/Recently Released • Survey actuals represent 53% of reported Ryan White Youth-MSM clients
