Deadline - Jan. 24, 2014 Special Discount of Entry Fee for pre-registered participants is EXTENDED until 4PM, January 14, 2014. • For the benefit of : • St. Jaime Hilario Integrated School (Bagac) • LSGH Adult Night High School • The LSGH Varsity Golf Team (HS & GS)

Early Bird Rate (10% off) is extended until 4PM, January 14, 2014, inclusive of :   Green Fee, TournamentFee, Valuable Giveaways,  Buffet  Lunch & Drinks,  Raffle  and  2  MULLIGANS.   2.  By January 15, 2014, the Entry Fee will be P4,000 (regularrate), inclusive of:  Green Fee,  Tournament Fee,  Valuable Giveaways, Buffet Lunch & Drinks,  Raffle  &  2 MULLIGANS.  3.  WackWack Members pay only P2,200 inclusive of everything. 4.  Likewise, please fill-up the attached registration form and email  back to us together with the scanned deposit slip in case you paid  thru our bank account.  5.  Pre-Registration is a MUST.  Tournament format is Gross less  Club Handicap.  Participants with no handicap plays System 36. 6.  To pre-register, accomplish the entry form completely, submit by fax (726-63-39) or e-mail (alumni@lsgh.edu.ph), pay entry fee NOTE: DEADLINE FOR ACCEPTING ENTRIES IS ON JANUARY 24, 2014. NO EXTENSIONS!
