With someone I did not know and did not know me. AND I WAS LOST. At some point you will have to interview for a new role and I have outlined some tips that I think will help you.   2. Prepare for your interview properly • Our job at Ice Recruitment is to help as many people as possible find their next role.   5. 90 day plan • This is a game changer. • Put together an informal 90 day plan for your own purpose. It will give you total clarity • You will then be in a position to truly articulate what you know in a very organised manner. You will stand out as a result.
