TAC Assignment Updates • High RT Price Event – 2/23 • Six active constraints affecting prices • High regulation component affecting GTBD • SCR 788 in process to better incorporate appropriate regulation feedback • High DAM RRS Price Event – 2/18 • RRS = $125/MWh • Energy = $.40/MWh • Lack of online resources offering RRS into DAM • Optimization evaluates cost of starting additional resource versus purchasing from expensive resources • Additional data will be presented at the April WMS meeting March 31st, 2016 TAC Meeting

TAC Assignment Updates (cont’d) • High SASM Frequency and Prices • Majority of SASMs are due to Forced Outages • High prices reflect a lack of SASM offers in RT • Concern with leaving DAM offers active for SASM • Education of QSE Operators as to timeline of notification and submitting offers • ERCOT exploring changing submission timeline • Participation in Reconfiguration SASM • System changes done in the middle of last year to address issues with settlement • Zero participation since the system change • Education of QSE Operators needed about resolution of Initial system/settlement issues March 31st, 2016 TAC Meeting
