Shemika Weems Creamy mango Breakfast-Baked Oatmeal 1 ½ Cups old fashioned rolled oats 1 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk ½ cup unsweetened applesauce ¼ cup of chopped dried apricots ¼ cup of chopped dates or raisins ¼ cup of chopped pecans or walnuts ½ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Transfer to an 8 by 8 inch baking dish that has been lightly rubbed with olive oil. Pour oatmeal ixture into dish and bake 45-50 min or until slightly browned and crispy on top. Top with Cinnamon Baked Apples or spread with dates, or honey before eating. 1 large mango, pitted and peeled 2 apples, unpeeled and cut into slices (remove core) ½ cups of fresh pineapples, cut into chunks 1 kiwifruit, unpeeled Rainbow Juice 2 Pears, unpeeled and cut into slices (remove core) 2 Oranges, peeled and divided into segments 2 Kiwifruit, unpeeled 1 Cup strawberries 1 Cup of red and green seedless grapes The following juices are intended to be used with a juicer in order to make fresh fruit juices.

Shelle Cochran 15 Bean Soup and Brown Rice 1 package of bean soup (dry beans) Brown rice Fresh garlic Celery Onion Green pepper Mrs Dash Crushed red peppers Vegetable broth powder (Health Food Store) Olive oil Dice celery, onions, green peppers, crust fresh garlic and saute all veggies in olive oil Mix broth with water and seasonings. Add with beans and veggies in a Crock Pot. Serve with brown rice.

Shelle Cochran • Lettuce Wraps • Quorn meatless and soy free ground meat • Organic Salsa • Onions • Fresh garlic • Green peppers • Mrs Dash • Crushed red peppers • Head of lettuce • Cook onions, fresh garlic, green peppers and salsa together with seasonings. Add Quorn and cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse and pull apart lettuce. Fill with meatless mixture. Fold over and roll. • Enjoy

  4. Recipe BoxSis. Veester Cospy • Greens • 1 Bag of Glory Collard (or greens of your choice) • 1 Carton of Organic No-chicken broth • 1 Sweet Onion (small) • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Seasoning • (McCormick) • Cook on stove top or in Crockpot to desired tenderness

Vicki Edwards • Blackeye Peas with Tomato • ½ Cup chopped Onion • 1 large Garlic Clove, chopped • 2 Tomatos, chopped • 1 can Blackeye Peas • ¼ Cup Cilantro (optional) • Combine oil, onion, and garlic in a medium sauce pan until done. Then add tomatoes and peas. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Stir in cilantro.

Add ½ cup of Mango Peach Juice or any fusion juice that you like. Make sure the juice is 100 percent. You can add more fruit if you want to.

Pour honey over fries after baking. • 1 Bag of Morning Star Meal Starters – Crumbles • 16 oz can Diced Tomatos • 16 oz can Tomato Sauce • ½ Head Cabbage – chunked • 2 cans Chile Beans 1 Cup of water • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil • 1 tablespoon Honey • Use your own seasonings • Mushrooms (optional) • Cook on stove in a medium pot
