  2. Tour Info Our tour will start with the 1st modern Olympic Games dazzling marble stadium and then we move to the impressive surroundings that include the famous Guards at the president’s residence and the idyllic National Garden that hosts the famous Zappeion.  We continue as we slowly enter in the oldest part of Athens. First we meet the impressive Zeus Temple and its door keeper the Hadrian’s Arch. The ancient theatre of Herodion is the next wonder to discover. The following part includes the Acropolis rock as we ride up to the Areopagus hill where a short stop allow us to admire the unique Propylaea of Acropolis. The roman forum with the particular Tower of the Winds conclude the dominating attractions of this portion. We saved last but not least, the famous old city district called Plaka. Through the graphic alleys we meet some of the oldest houses of Athens, still beautiful and romantic, the vivid centre of Plaka full with cafe and restaurant and some Byzantine treasures and of course the emblematic Lysicrates monument.
